Terms of Service

1. The service

OpportunityRadar provides monitoring of public business information and AI-assisted analysis for business users. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Nature of the information

• Signals labelled FACT summarize information stated in the cited public sources. Sources can be wrong or incomplete; always check the linked evidence.
• Items labelled AI ANALYSIS or POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY are inferences. They are not statements that any company intends to buy anything, and they are not investment, legal or financial advice.
• Opportunity Scores are prioritization aids, not predictions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share accounts beyond the seats included in your plan.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer it, resell outputs as a competing data product, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscription & payment

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in IDR and exclude taxes unless stated. If payment is not received, access to monitoring may be paused; historical data is retained for at least 90 days.

6. Third-party content

Source content belongs to its publishers. We show short excerpts and links for reference. Follow the publisher's terms when you visit their sites.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may cancel at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

To be confirmed with counsel (e.g. the laws of the Republic of Indonesia).
