From thousands of articles to a handful of opportunities.
Monitoring runs in the background every few hours. By the time you open the dashboard, the work is done.
- 1
Source discovery
We work from trustworthy public sources: company newsrooms, regulators, stock-exchange filings, procurement portals and reputable business media. Each source has a quality tier (A–D).
- 2
Collection
New content is collected through permitted APIs, RSS feeds and search APIs. We respect robots.txt and never bypass logins, paywalls or CAPTCHAs.
- 3
Normalization & deduplication
Articles are standardized, and near-duplicates are merged: ten outlets repeating one announcement become one signal with ten supporting sources.
- 4
Entity extraction & classification
Companies, agencies, people, locations and technologies are identified, and each event is classified (expansion, tender, funding, partnership…).
- 5
Verification
Confidence is set from the evidence: HIGH needs a primary source or several independent reputable sources. Conflicts and single-source stories are flagged.
- 6
Matching & scoring
Signals are compared with your watchlist and what you sell. Scores for relevance, impact, confidence, urgency and customer fit combine into an Opportunity Score.
- 7
Historical change detection
New signals are compared with the past: repeated hiring plus a new site, a first move into a new country — patterns are flagged as inference.
- 8
Quality control
Before anything reaches you, we check that sources exist, the company is named in them, dates make sense and facts are separated from analysis.
How scores work
Opportunity Score (0–100) = 30% customer fit + 25% relevance + 20% impact + 15% confidence + 10% urgency. Every score comes with a short explanation. Scores are prioritization aids, not precise measurements.
Your feedback improves matching
Mark signals Useful or Not useful, save or dismiss them. Your feedback adjusts which types of signals are prioritized for your workspace.
